Terms and Conditions of Shopping at plastics4garden.co.uk

Ordering 

Despite the location of our business the time involved in shipping and delivery our products from Poland takes 4 - 5 days after completed payment for your order to arrive. If your order is urgent, just let us know e-mail info@plastics4garden.co.uk and we'll do our best to meet your needs. Full payment is required when placing an order. Items are sent by courier which requires a signature on delivery. We do not take responsibility for late delivery or non delivery due to factors outside of our control. 

 

Payment

Full payment is required when placing an order. Payment can be made by the following methods: 

  • PayPal:  Please make payment to plastics4garden.uk@gmail.com Goods will only be sent to the delivery address received from PayPal, addresses received via any other means are not acceptable and will be ignored as a fraud prevention method. For more information about 'Paypal' please visit: www.paypal.com 
     
  • Traditional bank transfer to our bank account: For those who prefer to pay offline, we also accept bank transfers. Follow the instructions at checkout, and make a note of your order reference number and use for a bank transfer reference. Please contact us for payment details before purchase.  

 

Delivery & Shipping 

Goods should normally be delivered within 4-5 working days after dispatch and if sent by courier will require a signature. Please allow 10 working days before making a claim for non-delivery. 

You will always be sent an email when your goods are dispatched and tracking details please ensure that these are not treated as spam/junk by your email program. 

When sent by courier, please check upon delivery to ensure that it is the correct goods and has been delivered without damage. If you receive the wrong or damaged goods, please contact us immediatelly. 

If goods are returned due to non-delivery, a charge will be applicable to re-dispatch. 

Stated postage is only to UK addresses excluding the postcodes below: 

o  Channel Islands: GY, JE (classed as international and not available) 

o  Isle of Man: IM 

o  Isles of Scilly: TR21-25 

o  Northern Ireland: BT 

o  Scottish Highlands & Islands: HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE 

 

  • Returns & Non-Delivery 

If you wish to make a claim, please email us at info@plastics4garden.co.uk  stating your name, the goods being claimed, reason for claim, place of purchase (ebay, plastics4garden.co.uk, amazon), as well as any other pertinent information (Invoice Number, Transaction Number, etc). The more information provided the quicker we can trace your purchase and resolve your issue. 

Please also remember to include paperwork with any returned goods so as not to delay your replacement/refund. 

Replacement goods are normally dispatched the following day after the goods being returned are received and inspected. You will be contacted if there is going to be a delay for any reason. 

  • Non-Damaged Goods 

In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, it may be returned within 14 days providing it is returned complete, unused, and unopened in original packaging for a full refund less postage. A restocking fee of 20% may be incurred if the goods have been opened or are not in fully resaleable condition. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are returned safely at your own expense. Please use a reputable carrier obtaining a proof of delivery and ensure the goods are packaged securely to avoid damage in transit. Returns will not be processed until the goods have been received and inspected. The returning addtess is based in United Kingdom.

  • Non-Delivery 

Goods should normally be delivered within 4-5 working days after dispatch and will require a signature if sent by Other Carrier. Please allow 10 working days before making a claim for non-delivery. 

If sent by courier please check the tracking to see if it is being held at the local depot before making a claim. Replacement goods are normally dispatched the following day after the carrier has completed their search. 

You will be contacted if there is going to be a delay for any reason. 

 

Privacy & Data Protection Policy 

Plastics4garden comply with all aspects of the Data Protection Act of 1984 and the new act of 1988. The information given to us at the time of ordering will used by plastics4garden only, and will not be distributed to any other companies or individuals. Your information will be used by plastics4garden for the purpose of assessing website statistics and internal monitoring. 

If you do not wish to receive this information, please contact Plastics4garden and request that your name/company be removed from the mailing list.
